Delivery
Postage and packaging costs may vary depending on your country of delivery. We will always seek to fulfill your order from a local distribution center. However, for some specialized items, this may not be possible. We operate a transparent shipping policy and the total shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
We work with a variety of established international shipping partners. Most of our shipping partners allow order tracking so that you can track the status of your delivery and even make special delivery requests directly from the shipping provider.
Delivery times
Delivery of items takes 15-45 days, depending on the type of goods, and the country it is to be shipped from or shipped to. Please note that you may experience a longer delivery owing to the ongoing pandemic as shipping, logistics and mobility have been highly impacted by the pandemic. Rest assured, you will be provided with an expected delivery date for the product.
In case you have ordered items from one or more sellers, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others.
Returns
Refund is processed either in store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Item should be in original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take measure to preserve its original condition.
